How do we secure a reservation?

The first step is to contact us to check availability and tariff for your desired dates. 10% of the total tariff is required to secure the reservation, together with a completed RENTAMANOR booking form (which will be e-mailed to you in response to your initial enquiry and contains booking and payment instructions).

How do we find the property?

Directions with Google maps are provided on each individual property page. You will also be sent detailed, written directions via e-mail correspondence prior to your arrival date.

What time can we arrive at the property?

You may arrive from 4pm on your day of arrival.

What time are we required to depart the property?

Please depart before 10am unless prior arrangement has been made with RENTAMANOR, thank you.

What is the procedure regarding key collection?

Each property has a secure key box for which you will be provided the unique code for your stay. This will allow you to let yourselves into the property and make yourselves at home. You will find an information manual inclusive of any additional recommendations or requirements in relation to use of the house or grounds at the time of your stay, together with our and emergency contact numbers on the hall table. Please have a good browse of the information manual on arrival.

Is linen included?

Yes. Beds are freshly made with crisp white linen for your stay.

Are towels included?

Sorry towels are not included in RENTAMANOR properties. Please remember to bring your own towels.

What is not included?

As well as bath, hand, garden and beach towels, holiday insurance is not included and it is recommended that guests secure a suitable insurance policy. RENTAMANOR does not accept liability for guests' possessions whilst in the properties.

Is there WiFi internet access at the property?

All RENTAMANOR properties have access to free WiFi. Information for accessing WiFi can be found in the information manual at the property. As with all facilities and appliances at the property, RENTAMANOR accepts no responsibility for the breakdown of the supply of WiFi. RENTAMANOR will use best endeavours to arrange for any such problems to be addressed as quickly as possible and the client agrees at the time of booking that just as in the client’s own home, although rare thankfully, facilities and appliances can malfunction, break down, and services be interrupted etc.

Is there a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher at the property?

All RENTAMANOR properties contain a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

Is table tennis, pool/snooker, croquet, tennis equipment provided?

If you are staying in a property with a table tennis table, pool table, snooker/billiards table, or croquet lawn then playing equipment will be provided but if you require any specialist equipment we advise you bring your own in order to avoid disappointment, thank you. Playing equipment is not provided for the private tennis court at Rocklands Manor nor for guests of St. Lawrence Manor House who have made prior arrangement to access the tennis court so please bring your own rackets, balls and non-marking tennis shoes if you wish to make use of the tennis court (and you have arranged to do so with RENTAMANOR) during your stay, thank you.

Is there a BBQ at the property?

All RENTAMANOR properties have charcoal BBQs. Charcoal and firelighters may not be provided so you will need to pick up your own please.

Is there a cot and a highchair at the property?

All RENTAMANOR properties have a travel cot and a highchair. Bedding for the travel cot is not provided so you will need to bring your own please.

Is there a landline telephone at the property?

No, sorry. However, the WiFi internet access provided at all RENTAMANOR properties is useful for communication, along with the mobile phones you are likely to bring along with you.

Extra guests/camping

Number of guests is strictly limited to those named on the booking form throughout the stay; sorry, camping in the grounds is not permitted.

Changing or Cancelling a reservation

Changes to your reservation will be accommodated to the best of our ability. In the event a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond RENTAMANOR’s control, alternative accommodation will be offered where possible or you may choose to receive a full refund. A full refund will be made if alternative options are not available. Refunds are limited to the monies paid at that stage. RENTAMANOR is not liable for changed/cancelled travel arrangements etc., associated with the reservation.


All RENTAMANOR properties have strict no smoking policies. You are welcome to smoke in the outside areas using ashtrays provided. Please clear up smoking related litter including all cigarette ends etc., which must not be discarded in the grounds.


Each property has private parking.
